Many diseases ranging from stomach disorders and skin problems are increasingly being linked to
overgrowth of unhealthy micro-organisms in the intestines. In the US alone, it is estimated that
around 25% of the population are affected by a common stomach disorder known as irritable bowel
syndrome. While there is no known cure for this disease, a probiotic formulation like FiveLac is
reportedly effective in managing its symptoms such as bloating and abdominal pain.
How probiotics work Your digestive system
naturally contains micro organisms like lactobacillus, acidophilus and bifidum bacterium which help
break down nutrients for easy absorption into your blood stream. Known collectively as probiotics
(meaning, “pro life”), these organisms also prevent harmful microflora like candida albican from
colonizing in your intestines by crowding out bad bacteria.
Replenish healthy
bacteria You may lack healthy bacteria due to the following
causes:
- stress
- antibiotic treatment
- hormonal imbalance
- food or drink contamination
- eating certain foods like sugary stuff
When harmful bacteria outnumber the good bacteria, problems may arise such as
diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain, bloating, and even yeast infection, the solution for which is
to replenish the digestive system with a probiotic formulation like FiveLac regularly to prevent
symptoms from recurring.
Signs of bacteria overgrowth
The following symptoms indicate an overgrowth of harmful bacteria and may benefit from FiveLac
treatment:
- melancholy
- anxiety
- irritability
- heartburn
- indigestion
- lethargy
- food and environmental allergies
- lactose intolerance
- acne
- dry skin
- itching
- jock itch
- yeast infection
Probiotic strains FiveLac is
highly effective because it contains 5 probiotic strains while others usually contain 1 or 2. These
strains are:
Bacillus coagulans: A probiotic superstrain that survives manufacturing processes
and harsh stomach acids to reach the intestinal tract. Spore-forming bacteria that has a tough
coating and begins to multiply in the intestinal tract.
Lactobacillus acidophilus: A strain clinically proven to prevent diarrhea,
bacterial vaginosis and symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. Preliminary findings also indicate
that these may have anti-diabetic effects.
Bacillus subtilis: Another spore forming bacteria that has a strong coating to
withstand heat and stomach acids, known for promoting digestive health and improved immune
systems.
Enterococcus faecalis: naturally occurring bacteria in the intestinal tract that
produces lactic acid for a healthy colon.
Bifidobacterium longum: a strain that can prevent many illnesses such as skin
allergies, high cholesterol, Crohn’s disease, and even colon cancer.
The Saliva Test A
simple saliva test done first thing in the morning, before taking anything, can indicate an
overgrowth of bad bacteria. Get a glass of water and spit some saliva into it. Observe water after
15 to 30 minutes. If you see the some strings hanging out of the saliva, or if it is cloudy or the
water appears to have some specks sinking to the bottom, then you may have an overgrowth
problem.
Suggested
Use FiveLac comes in powder form packed in individual single dose sachets so
it’s easy to fit into your active lifestyle. While it is lemon-flavored, it does not contain sugars
which can cause bad bacteria overgrowth. The suggested dosage is 1 sachet daily taken orally with
water or mixed with some water, although you may take 2 sachets for added support.
